I was born and raised in Pasadena, CA and have lived in Santa Barbara, CA for the last 40 years. I am retired from a 23 year career in advising at the University of California at Santa Barbara. I have been married 48 years and have 3 children and 2 grandchildren, Max and Sammie, and an English Springer Spaniel.
I have always loved reading, writing and enjoying all aspects of nature. To date, I have four booklets in print – nature, self-enrichment, friendships and travels in Ireland and Scotland. I also enjoy writing creative nonfiction.
